For now we only accept payments via bank transfer to the Company Account which will be listed on the invoice sheet.

  • Order shipments come from the TEAK PALACE warehouse in Jepara
  • Before shipping, we will conduct a detailed product inspection to ensure that the product quality is appropriate.
  • After checking the product, if there is a problem with the ordered goods, we will confirm to the consumer to postpone the shipment if there is no stock of goods available.
  • If the product has met the quality standards and there are no obstacles, we will immediately pack it.
  • Packing for shipments to JAVA BALI AND SUMATRA. For the safety of the goods during shipping, we pack them with plastic + single-face paper and thick cardboard, very safe to their destination.
  • Packing for shipping using containers via ships outside JAVA BALI AND SUMATRA. We use additional packing with wooden pallets for maximum security so that the goods are safe until the ordering location.
  • Fleet for shipping to JAVA BALI AND SUMATRA. Shipping uses TRUCK Expedition Services from Jepara directly, so shipping costs are more affordable.
  • Fleet for shipping other than to JAVA BALI AND SUMATRA will be sent using containers via ships

The delivery time of the order starts from 3 days after payment up to 2 months depending on the type and quantity of your order.

Our commitment to consumers is our main priority, we always maintain consumer trust to be able to serve consumers as best as possible. Therefore, if there is a defect or malfunction in the product we send, we will be happy to accept the return of the item.
Products and Funds that can be returned;
Products are damaged or malfunction within a maximum period of 2 x 24 after the item is received in intact and complete condition.
