Product Assembly

• For products that require assembly, it will be done a few days after the product is sent.
• If it has been more than 7 (seven) days after the product is sent, none of our team has contacted the assembly schedule. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Product Color

• There are many types and colors of finishing and also material materials and seat colors, ranging from fabric, velvet, oscar and genuine leather and we cannot display all of them in the selection options.
• If you order with a color that is not selected, please contact us first to confirm the color and material ordered.
• Due to the difference in camera and screen used, the item you will receive may differ in color both in fabric / synthetic leather color and finishing color.
• This product is made of natural materials. The item you will receive may differ in fiber and color.

Product Care

• Not intended for outdoor use.
• Do not contact with water, chemicals and sunlight.
• Clean the furniture with a dry cloth.
• Do not use chlorine-based or abrasive cleaning agents.
• If stubborn stains can be used with water then wipe immediately with a dry cloth.
• Small stains can be cleaned with dry shampoo or a damp cloth.
• Remove small stains by wiping with clean water.
• Try cleaning persistent dirt with a mild soap-based solution.
• Use a vacuum cleaner using a special nozzle.
• Clean with a clean soft cloth and feather pillows regularly to help maintain shape.
• Professional cleaning is recommended for heavy dirt.
